Front Desk
Our busy practice is always keeping an eye out for top talent in customer service. The office staff do so much to keep our practice running smoothly - greeting patients, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and other administrative duties.
Opticians
The Optical department helps our patients choose the right frames and lenses based on their prescription, style preference, and lifestyle. These team members are critical to providing the best possible service experience.
Technicians
Optical technicians perform pre-testing with patients, check vital signs, take down patient medical history, teach about contact lens use and care, and call in prescriptions. These team members are an active part of the patient treatment process.
